Oh. My. God. There's a whisky river flowing in Scotland right nowS

It's true. A massive truck hauling 27,500 liters of whisky pumped the spirit into the wrong vat thus causing a major overspill into a nearby river. Nearly 6,600 liters spilled into the River Ayr in Scotland. It's like the heavens opened up and distilled libations poured forth from the angels' bosoms.

Sara Shaw, Procurator Fiscal, Wildlife and Environment said: "The risk of pollution of the river should have been one of the considerations at the forefront of the company's policies. Due to the absence of a number of appropriate systems and staff training, there was always the risk of accident or an overfill incident if an error was made."

As my sister would say: "Sláinte!"
